Answer: You may drop off your car anytime after 11am.
Question: What methods of payment do you accept?
Answer: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Interac.
Question: How can we pass the time while waiting to board the ship?
Answer: Canada Place is located in the heart of Vancouver and minutes away from many shops, restaraunts and points of interest. The Ballantyne Pier has a large attractive terminal but is located away from downtown and a five minute cab would be necessary to get to most tourist attractions.

If you will be returning to Vancouver outside of our regular business hours you MUST provide us with a 4 hour window during which you will arrive so that our security provider will know to expect you.
Question: What is your cancellation policy?
Answer: Reservations cancelled after 7 days of making the reservation will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. All no-shows will be charged FULL PRICE. Anyone parking at a competitor site by mistake will be treated as a no-show and will NOT receive a refund.
Question: What happens if I arrive at Ballantyne Pier after 4pm and I don’t have time to bring my vehicle to Cruisepark?
Answer: A Cruisepark representative will retrieve your vehicle the following day and bring it back to Cruisepark. There is a $50.00 charge for this service and it will be added on to your parking reservation.
Question: What time can I board the ship?
Answer: Boarding begins at 1pm through 4pm. It is strongly suggested that you arrive between 1pm and 3pm to avoid delays at the terminal.
Question: How do I find the Cruisepark shuttle to take me back to my car?
Answer: There will be Cruisepark Attendants waiting for you as you exit the terminal to direct you to the Cruisepark shuttles.
Question: How do I know what time I’ll be let off the ship?
Answer: Passengers disembark off the ship from 7am to 11am. It’s up to the cruise lines on how they arrange it. You can ask for (Express Walk Off) which ensures that you will be one of the 1st passengers off the ship. This can be arranged through your cruise line and is free of charge.
Question: Where do we get baggage tags before we board our ship?
Answer: Baggage tags are provided by the cruise lines and you should receive them upon receiving your tickets. Cruisepark does carry a minimal extra supply however; we advise that you make prior arrangements to ensure that you have your baggage tags before you arrive at the parking facility.
Question: Do you provide handicap parking at your facility?
Answer: Yes, but please notify us at the time of making your reservation so that we can properly accommodate you to somewhere near the parking exit.
Question: Are there public washrooms at your parking facility?
Answer: We have portable washrooms for your convenience.
Question: What time do your shuttles stop running?
Answer: Our shuttles stop running at 4pm sharp. This is the time that boarding closes at the terminals. If you arrive after 4pm, you will be required to find your own transportation. Ie: taxi. You will be responsible for paying for all applicable costs that you incur.

Question: What are your hours of operation?
Answer: We are open 7 days a week however; we do not provide shuttle service to and from the cruise ship terminals on Mondays Tuesdays and Thursdays for the Coral Princess, the Island Princess and the Tahitian Princess due to little or no volume of cruise ship passengers. You do have the option to park with us but you will have to find your own transportation to and from the cruise ship terminals.
